Museimpresa renews its leadership: Fondazione Dompé attends the Annual Assembly
We are proud to be part of Museimpresa — the national network that brings together more than 150 corporate museums and archives across Italy — and to have participated in the Association’s Annual Assembly held on May 20th at the Giorgio Squinzi Auditorium in Assolombarda. This important event offered a moment not only to reflect on the activities carried out in 2024 and to share plans for the future, but also to reaffirm our shared commitment to promoting corporate culture as a strategic resource for the country.
The Assembly confirmed Antonio Calabrò as President of Museimpresa for the 2025-2027 term. His reappointment signals a clear choice for continuity, underscoring the value and effectiveness of the work accomplished in recent years to strengthen the network and promote Italy’s rich tradition of craftsmanship and innovation.
During the meeting, a new Board of Directors was also appointed. The board brings together a diverse group of professionals representing business and cultural institutions from across the country, united by a common vision: to preserve and share Italy’s industrial heritage as a lever for sustainable, educational, and social development.
For Fondazione Dompé, playing an active role in this journey means helping tell the story of an industry — that of pharmaceuticals — rooted in research, care, and knowledge. Corporate culture is one of our core values: a language that speaks of people, places, innovation, and identity. This heritage of values and stories is safeguarded in our Historical Archive, a project launched in 2020 following the organization and digitization of thousands of records. The Dompé Historical Archive aims to preserve, narrate, and enhance the entrepreneurial history of the Dompé family, dating back to its beginnings in the pharmaceutical sector in 1890.
During the day, we also had the opportunity to visit two symbolic venues: Palazzo Assolombarda, home to Museimpresa, and Palazzo Citterio — part of the #GrandeBrera project — which stands as a shining example of Italy’s vibrant cultural landscape. These visits offered a chance to rediscover the powerful dialogue between business and the arts, between memory and forward-thinking vision.
We look ahead to the new Museimpresa triennium with enthusiasm, confident that by joining forces we can continue building an increasingly dynamic networ; one that inspires new generations and proudly shares the legacy of Italian industry with authenticity and passion.
