On August 15th, 1943, the massive bombing devastating Milan overnight, hits also Dompé headquarters, in via San Martino 12. The photo illustrates the portion of the building which was most dramatically damaged. Dompé headquarters were entirely rebuilt during the Post-war years in a rationalist style, which still survives today.
